Adding Flavour to Bali Itineraries

In an effort to educate Travel Fraternity in the region (India and the Middle East), I am trying to do a short series here of activities you can add to your clients Bali Vacation. Some of these activities would require an additional day and some can be built into the regular program. This also helps you advise the clients on making an Informed decision of how many nights they really need in Bali. Unfortunately, a great destination like Bali has become 3 nights to 5 nights destination due to lack of knowledge. I hope this helps your clients and you to make an informed choice about how long they wish to stay in Bali.

Approximate Duration – 09 Hours including Pick up and Drop from South Bali.

Another way to experience the beauty of Batur Volcano with its stunning caldera lake. Asia World presents its signature downhill cycling adventure through local villages, and impressive valley and rice fields.

The experience starts with a pick up at your hotel in South Bali at around 07:30 hrs and an approx.1-hour transfer takes you to the tip of Batur Caldera. After you have had a chance to freshen up, participate in a general safety briefing.

After the Briefing, It’s time to choose your bike and put on your helmet, this breathtaking 26 Kms bicycle tour is a great way to experience the amazing Balinese Countryside as you descend with your mountain bike the hilly land, turning to enter the Balinese rural compound and see the natural atmosphere of the village with the social society life.  You will see the beautiful panorama of Balinese nature with various flora and fauna. You will also pass over the centuries old temples, and enjoy the fresh wind from the rich green rice fields. You are accompanied on this adventure by an experienced and professional guide who always ensure that the Shutterbugs get enough Photo stops along the way to capture the Vistas that unfold. Stop and take a sample variety of exotic fruits and spices then continue through the towering bamboo forest of Taro before ending up with gourmet buffet lunch at the Elephant Safari Park.

To truly appreciate a Country the best course is to take it slow and walk or cycle through its countryside. This tour will check that box and make this an unforgettable experience that will remind you about Bali long after you leave.
